Appointment & Cancellation Policy:

At Onda Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, we strive to give all our patients the best possible care and attention. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone in a timely manner and respect your provider’s schedule, please note the following:

Arrival Policy:

• We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, as we want to ensure every patient gets the full attention they deserve.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the applicable cancellation fee (as outlined below).

Booking & Deposit:

• Your $100 consultation fee is a credit toward aesthetic treatments — including injectables, laser, and other in-office treatments (facials excluded). You can use it the same day or on a future visit.

  If instead you're looking for a prescription — Pharmacy Rx or compounded medication — your visit becomes a medical consultation. In that case, the $100 covers your consult only, and the cost of your medication is billed separately. The $100 does not carry forward as a treatment credit in this case.

48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow other patients the opportunity to book. All no show/missed appointments and last minute cancellations will forfeit the $ 100 booking fee.
