Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Onda Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, we strive to give all our patients the best possible care and attention. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone in a timely manner and respect your provider’s schedule, please note the following:
Arrival Policy:
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, as we want to ensure every patient gets the full attention they deserve.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the applicable cancellation fee (as outlined below).
Booking & Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your treatment balance at checkout.
48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow other patients the opportunity to book.
If an appointment is canceled or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a $100 fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
