Appointment & Cancellation Policy:

At Onda Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, we strive to give all our patients the best possible care and attention. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone in a timely manner and respect your provider’s schedule, please note the following:

Arrival Policy:

  • We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, as we want to ensure every patient gets the full attention they deserve.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the applicable cancellation fee (as outlined below).

Booking & Deposit:

  • A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your treatment balance at checkout.

48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

  • We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow other patients the opportunity to book.
